先進国とは、到底思えないし、その責任も果たせない・・・

とにかく、国会議員は、憲法順守の下で、立法する

行政府は法に従って、国政、地方政治の運営にあたる

内閣府は国政の責任組織

都道府県は地方政治の責任組織

自治体は住民サービスの組織

呆れた・・・

これじゃ、先進国とは言えない・・・
