カイホー屋では、 自然のリズムやヴァイブレーションに同調したときに得られる深い感動を、皆さんと共有させて頂きたいと思っています。
一緒に森や沢、海辺を歩きながら、 太陽、月、水、大地、風、季節、匂い、空気、植物、動物、色などなど様々な自然の表情を感じてみましょう。
自然に身を任せて、五感が解放されたときに感じる地球（ガイア）という星との一体感。
自分の体や感覚を通して地球との一体感を感じたとき、自分の中に地球に対して新しいエコロジーな感覚が生まれてくるでしょう。
そしてスピリチュアルな感覚も。自然のすばらしさ、尊さを感じずにはいられません。
私たち自身もまた、その自然の一部なのです。
